These terms apply to purchases from Orvelloza ("we", "us"), operated by 11D Work LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products and prices

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly from photos. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If an item was listed at a clearly wrong price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Orders

After you order, you'll receive a confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item becomes unavailable, if we can't verify payment, or if we suspect fraud.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times are listed on our Shipping page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages.

6. Product use

Use products as described in their instructions. Electrical and battery-powered items should be charged and used as directed. Products are not intended for commercial or industrial use unless stated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
